5. KeyWords RP Reports will generate the report. When it’s ready, the report
will open in the browser window or a separate window. To save or print it,
use the Adobe Reader buttons (
F and G ), not the browser buttons.
Don’t use the
browser’s print
function. If the report
opens in a browser window,
don’t try to print it using the
browser’s buttons or menus
because only the top of the
page will print. Use the Adobe
Reader buttons instead.

On Macintosh
computers, the
report may open in
Preview. If so, click the File
menu and choose Print to
print it.
F Click the save button to save
the report instead of using the
browser’s save function.
G Click the printer button to print
the report instead of using the
browser’s print function.
H These options let you customize
a report or go back to choose a
different one.
