Check for Adobe Reader Before You Generate Reports
KeyWords RP reports are in PDF format. You will need Adobe Reader
installed on your computer to view and print these reports. (On some
Macintosh computers, you can use the Preview program that is already
installed.) Before generating reports, you can check to see if your computer
has Adobe Reader by logging out of the software and clicking Check
Software Requirements on the Welcome page. When the Software
Requirements page opens, click Test Adobe Reader
A to find out if it is
installed on your computer. If the computer tries to download the test file
instead of simply opening it in Adobe Reader, click the install Version link
to go to a Web page that tells you where to download Adobe Reader.
If you are an
administrator or
teacher, you don’t
need to log out to check
software requirements.
Simply click Product
Administration on the Home
page and click Download
Supporting Software to go to
the Software Requirements
page.
A
Adobe Reader
should be installed
by a user who is
logged in on the computer as
an administrator or as a
member of the Administrators
group with administrative
rights; this will make the
software accessible to all
users of the computer.
