4. If you exported a text file of student names from your gradebook program,
click Browse
B to select the file. In the dialog box that opens find the file,
click it once, and click Select (Windows) or Choose (Macintosh). The
path to the file will be shown.

6. If you are using a roster file, QuizManager compares the students who
responded to the quiz to those in the text file you exported from your
gradebook program.
If QuizManager can’t match a name, you’ll see the Export Name Conflict
window. If the correct name is in the list, click it and click OK. If not, click
Skip (or Skip All to skip all non-matching names). Skipped students
won’t be in the exported file.
7. In the Save As dialog box, choose a location for the exported file and
enter a name. Then, click Save.
8. In your gradebook program, import the file that you exported.

match names if
they’re not in the last
name, first name format.
Different formats will cause
the Export Name Conflict
window to appear.
