4. If an administrative password was set for the quiz, you must enter it in the
blank field after the quiz.
5. Click OK. The student responses for the quiz will be deleted from the
connected NEO(s).
6. Click Close (Windows) or OK (Macintosh) when the program notifies you
that the responses have been deleted.
Turning NEOs On or Off Using QuizManager
When you exit QuizManager with NEOs connected, the NEOs are
automatically turned off. If you want to turn off all NEOs while QuizManager
is still open, do one of the following:
•Click Power Off AlphaSmarts on the Control Bar

•Click the Communication menu and choose Power Off AlphaSmarts.
• On Windows computers only, click in the toolbar in the QuizManager
window.
To turn the NEOs on again through QuizManager, do one of the following:
•Click Power On AlphaSmarts on the Control Bar.
•Click the Communication menu and choose Power On AlphaSmarts.
• On Windows computers only, click in the toolbar in the QuizManager
window.
The administrative
password can be set
when you create a
quiz. To find it for an existing
quiz, open the quiz in
QuizDesigner, click Quiz
Options, and look in the
Admin Password field.

You can only use
these commands if
you used
QuizManager to turn the
NEOs off.
