The IP Plus Color Camera(s) shall be Alpha Communications® /
Beoview model PCAM/LCC or approved equivalent. The IP Plus
Camera shall be mounted using the optional BW-14 swivel
mounting bracket. A plug-in RJ45 connector shall be supplied for
connection to a PoE switch. Camera shall be constructed of
Anodized Aluminum, in Black color, and shall have a resolution of
600 x 640 pixels.
Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical and
building codes.
Check with applicable authorities regarding local and/or
federal laws as they apply to party consent and video and/or
audio recording.

Th Alpha Communications® PCAM/LCC is a camera specially
designed to be installed in a lobby, elevator or common areas, so
that the residents can track it from their IP Plus apartment
monitor(s). It can be linked to the BEOVIEW7-PORTER
Concierge/Security Guard/Porter station(s) so that when an
apartment is called from the Concierge, the resident can see who
is coming to visit them from their IP Plus apartment monitor, while
in communication with the concierge.
Thanks to its technology, and Peer2Peer facilities the PCAM/LCC
does not require any server on the installation. To protocol of
communications is TCP/IP which makes it possible to be connected
to a LAN together with other IP devices in the same installation.
The system never becomes busy thanks to the multi-channel
feature.
