Dry Tile Bullnose Kit was designed to create a bullnose edge on tile or stone
and polish it to a factory quality nish with a few simple hand-held tools without the mess of
dust or water.
• Virtually dust-free shaping and polishing application!
• Polishing speed increased by 33% as compared to 4” system!
• Polishing pad life is double that of the 4” disc!
• Convenient and fast installation of tile as no drying time is needed!
• System can be also be used wet which can increase quality, cost-perfor-
mance and minimize the water splash!
The kit includes:
1. The newly developed 5” wet/dry variable speed electric polisher (WDP-120)
2. A new vacuum-brazed grinding Vexcel Disc (VDR505H)
3. Backer pad (GP55/8RG)
4. Set of 5” Ceramica Dry polishing discs
(CD50KIT).
5. A DVD showing the kit in action as well as
other related products is included.
6. Also, you can add an optional HEPA Vacuum
for a safe, environmentally-friendly application.
The 5” diameter tooling promotes a fast,
accurate operation for edge nishing.
