註 1:測試前請先安裝待測物之 driver.
註 2:測試前請先依照附錄(Test Programming Setup & Test Program Install step
/ 測試程式設定和測試環境架設說明)設定
[Step 1] Run ”ATEToolRT28xx” at DUT (see Figure 1) to open test window (see Figure 2).
[步驟 1] 執行 DUT 端上的”ATEToolRT28xx”(如圖 1)開啟如圖 2 測試畫面。
