To reset the router manually:NEED GRAPHIC?

Using a sharp object, push the reset button for at least 10 seconds.

When the reset finishes, the Power LED blinks.

Rebooting the Router

You can reboot the router using two methods. If you are physically close to it, just push the

On/Off button on the router. If you cannot easily push the button:

1. Click the Advanced icon and then the Admini

strator icon.

2. Click the System tab.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Reboot.

Using the Router as an Access Point?

Setting up the DHCP Server on the My Net Router

You can use your router as a DHCP server that assigns IP addresses to other components

of your network.

To set up a DHCP Server on My Net Router:

1. Click the Advanced icon and then the

LAN icon.

2. Click the Host and LAN settings

Note: With a Subnet Mask of 255.255.255.0, you can have max number of 254

client devices in your network. HOW DO YOU GET A SUBNET MASK OF

255.255.255.0? WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SUBNET AND

A SUBNET MASK?

3. Click the DHCP Server Settings tab.

4. Enable DHCP server (ON by default) and click Save.

5. Configure DHCP IP Address Range with starting IP addresses 192.168.1.100 to

ending IP addresses 192.168.1.149.

6. (Optional) Set a Local Domain Name. See pg. 30 for explanation of the Local Domain

Name field.
