Setting Description
Port Forwarding Rules
Application Name From the drop-down list, select the application whose data you
want to forward to the client on your local network.
Computer Name IP address of the device on your local network the rule will apply
to.
Enabled Select to enable the port forwarding rule. Clear the check box
to disable.
IP Address Populated by your selection from the Computer Name drop-
down list.
IPSec (VPN) Turn ON (default) IPSec ALG if you use a IPSec client to dial into
your corporate network via the Internet.
Name Select an application from the drop-down list or enter a name
for a custom application.
PPTP (Point-to-Point
Tunneling Protocol)
Turn ON (default) PPTP ALG if you use a PPTP client to dial into
your corporate network via the Internet.
SIP (Session Initiation
Protocol)
A signaling protocol for Internet Telephony. Turn ON (default) SIP
ALG if you use VoIP telephone service over your Internet
connection.
External Port Enter the port(s) you want to forward from the WAN interface
(Internet). The port is automatically populated if you pick an
application from the drop-down list.
Internal Port Enter the port(s) you want to forward to on the LAN client. The
port is automatically populated if you pick an application from
the drop-down list.
Protocol Select the protocol that you wish to port forward. The options
are All, TCP, and UDP. The protocol will be automatically be
selected if you pick an application from the drop-down list.
Routing
Active Select the check box to enable the routing entry.
Destination IP IP address/network to which the data is sent.
Gateway Enter the Gateway IP address through which this router can be
reached. The Gateway IP should be reachable from your router.
Name Enter a name for the routing entry.
Netmask Enter a Netmask for the Destination IP to define the destination
network.
FasTrack QoS
Enable QoS Enable or disable the QoS application to prioritize different client
applications/traffic types over the Internet.
