Installing the drivers and WLAN utility

You must install the provided the WLAN utility and drivers for your Card After you

install the card itself.

Installation is a two-step process  first Install The Card in an available PCI slot

THEN install the WLAN utility and drivers and reboot your PC. The drivers and

WLAN utility will then be automatically activated.

The installation software provided with your new Card includes a Utility to configure and manage a

WLAN link. The WLAN utility is not required for Windows XP, because Windows XP has WLAN

support built-in.

The Card Driver and Utility Installation software will install the WLAN utility software even if you

have Windows XP installed on your PC. You can choose to use either the Windows XP built-in

WLAN software or the WLAN Utility software provided with your Card to manage your WLAN link
