Procedure #6: Alternate Boot
You perform this procedure when previous procedures indicate something may be
wrong with the software on your System Disk. The object of this procedure is to see if
the computer can boot off some other device—whether or not you are successful in
booting tells your VAR quite a bit about what might be wrong with your computer.
