The Firmware is included in the Server Software. After the server software update is complete, the new firmware will automatically be
downloaded to the devices, the next time they are rebooted.

If you are using the Allworx Call Assistant, the Call Assistant software must be upgraded on each user’s PC in order to be compatible
with the server software.
