20. After-sales service
1. The product “AVIT” is provided by Alltec Electronics. The MP3 player is manufactured under
strict production management system and quality management system.
2. In case of malfunctions in normal use, you can be offered free repair service from the dealer
you purchased the product or our service center in the warranty period (one year since the
purchase).
3. Regardless of the warranty period, you need to be billed for repairing any malfunctions due to
your negligence.
4. When you want the repair service, please show us your product warranty.
5. The warranty will not be re-issued if you lost it. Please keep it carefully.
6. The warranty is nationally valid only.
7. The User’s Guide is subject to change.
