18. Troubleshooting
In case of any errors, please check the followings before contacting us.
1.I can’t turn on the MP3 player.
- Is it charged? Please get it charged.
- Is the HOLD button of the MP3 player pushed to ON? (If so, please push the button to OFF.)
- Push the RESET button with a pin (at the back part of the MP3 player).
2. The MP3 player remains mute or makes noises.
- Is the volume set to zero?
- Is the connection state of the earphone normal, or is the earphone port clear? (Foreign
substances on the port may bring about noises.)
- The earphone may be faulty.
- Damaged data can cause noises or broken sounds. Please check with another MP3 file.
- You may need to delete data or format the MP3 player connected to the PC.
- Please check: Our MP3 player can play any files in MP3 format only (Not available for Net
sync function).
3. I can’t download a file.
- Please check if the USB cable is connected tight between the PC and the MP3 player.
(How to check: Normal, if the display screen will show USB.)
4. The LCD screen of the MP3 player refuses to work.
- Please get the MP3 player charged or press the RESET button with a pin.
5. The MP3 player abruptly turns off while playing.
- Please reset the SLEEP TIME to OFF.
6. I can’t make a USB connection.
- Please see the FAQs in the customer support service in our homepage.
7. I can’t get radio frequency.
- Please set the Rx sensitivity to LOW.
