1.3.10 HTTPS
The APS Series switches supports HTTPS access to the management interface. HTTPS is a secure
communication protocol that combines authentication and data encryption to provide secure
encrypted communication via the browser.
Web Interface
To enable/disable HTTPS via the web interface:
1. Click Security and HTTPS.
2. Select to enable or disable HTTPS.
3. Select to enable Automatic Redirect of HTTP to HTTPS
4. Click the Apply button to save your changes or the Reset button to revert to previous
settings.
Parameter Description
Mode: Indicates the HTTPS mode operation. Possible modes are:
Enabled: Enable HTTPS mode operation.
Disabled: Disable HTTPS mode operation.
Automatic Redirect: Indicates the HTTPS redirect mode operation. Automatically redirect web
browser to HTTPS when HTTPS mode is enabled. Possible modes are:
