6.5. Bulk Add
Navigation: Additional Features > Bulk Add > Create range of new users: This is where
you can create many user extensions all at a time.
This is the page where we can create many bulk user extensions at a time. The details of the
page is as follows:
Create: select the number of users to be created.
Users starting from Extension: select the number range from where the user extension
has to start creating.
Click on the Create users followed by apply changes button to update in configuration
Important Note:
Use the 'Modify Selected Users' button from the Users page to edit any options for the
created users.
6.6. Ring Groups
Navigation: Additional Features > Ring Groups > Create New RingGroup.
Using this option you can dial more than one extension simultaneously or to ring more than
one phone sequentially.
