4.4. Outgoing Calling Rule
4.4.1 New Calling Rules
Navigation: Setup > Outgoing Calling Rules > New Calling Rule: This is where you
configure Dial out Rules.
Outgoing Calling Rules represent the prefix sequence used to dial when making an outgoing
call either through PSTN (Analog) or VoIP. There are two ways to make outgoing calls for
the registered extension users:
• VoIP / SIP trunk via ITSP gateway
• LINE/PSTN trunk via FXO port
