8.3 Call Logs
Here you can view the detailed call logs of your user extension including the time of call, Call
duration, and call status.
8.4 Call Back
If a person is not on desk and you want to talk to him immediately as he arrives at desk, then
you can make use of this feature. You just call his extension number. Open the user portal GUI
of your extension (Below is the user 2001 GUI page). Call back Source number will be 2001
and destination number will be the one from where you are expecting call back. Make sure you
have are assigned with call back feature. The Call back feature will keep ringing destination
extension number for every timer interval provided by the PBX.
