Specifications

This feature is used to balance the workload among group of extensions.
Queues will provide the following functions,
• Incoming calls being placed in the queue
• Extensions that answer the call in the queue.
• A strategy for how to handle the calls in the queue and distribute the calls in the queue.
• Music played while waiting in the queue.
