The b/w cameras have two test images that look the same. Both images show a gray bar running
iagonally. One test image is static, the other moves upwards by 1 pixel/frame. d

Gray value = (x+y) MOD256 (8-bit mode)
The color cameras have the following test image :
YUV4:2:2 mode
