making a Long Distance Call in the same Area Code.

The following parameters allow you to set gateway permissions when
making a Long Distance Call in a different Area Code.
gatewayPermLocalDiffACAllowAll R/W Select which numbers are allowed to be called on port used in
FXO mode.
0 = Only numbers in field
gatewayPermLocalSameACAllowed
1 = All numbers (The destination call is local with a different
area code than countryAreaCode)
