SET SNMP COMMUNITY
Syntax
set snmp community=community access=read|write
Parameter
community Specifies the new community string you created with
the CREATE SNMP COMMUNITY command.
access Specifies which community string you changed.
Options are Read and Write.
Description
This command activates a new Read or Write community string on the
switch. You perform this command after creating the new string using
the CREATE SNMP COMMUNITY command.
Example
The following command activates the new Read community sting
“serv12”:
set snmp community=serv12 access=read
