Note: For this alarm, it is possible to swap CFCs.
2.3.17 Simplex
Message Card Info Alarm Raised
Severity Minor
Explanation The inactive Control Module is not online, so the system is running
in simplex mode.
Action Perform the following:
1. If this is intentional, no action is required.

• CFC200 N/A Major
• CFC24 Any Minor
• CFC6 Any Minor
Note: Since the CFC200 works in load sharing mode, going to simplex means traffic
could be affected.
