2.3.10 Load Card Failed

Message Card Failure Raised

Severity Major

Explanation The system failed in an attempt to transfer a software load file

from the control module to the card's flash memory. The card may

have defective flash memory, or there could be a problem with the

load file itself.

Action Perform the following:

1. Verify load file existence using SHOW FILES, and fix if neces-

sary.

2. Verify load file integrity using AUDIT FILES, and fix if neces-

sary.

3. Disable/enable card again.

4. Disable card, load the card manually using PUT FILE, then enable

the card again.

5. Disable the card, reseat the card, enable it again.

6. Disable the card, replace the card, enable it again.
