Explanation The reported card has insufficient resources to support the provi-
sioned ARPFILTER setting for ports on the card. ARPFILTER function-
ality may not behave correctly.
Action Perform the following:

Message Card Failure Raised
Severity Major
Explanation The card failed to boot a software load from it's flash memory into
its RAM memory. The problem could be with the file on the card's
FLASH, or the card itself may be defective.
Action Perform the following:
1. Verify the load file preference settings.
2. Disable/enable the card.
3. Disable the card, load the card manually using PUT FILE, then enable the card again.
4. Disable the card, reseat the card, enable it again.
5. Disable the card, replace the card, enable it again.
