Message PSU Failure Raised

Explanation A PoE PSU has been installed in one PoE PSU slot and a System PSU is
installed in the other PoE PSU slot. (A Hardware Not Recognized log
is also output.)
Action Perform the following:
1. Remove the System PSU from the POE (A or B) slot and place it in the correct slot (C
or D).
Alarms The following components are affected:
Component Status Alarm
• PSU Failed Major
2.7.7 PSU Output Voltage Fault

Explanation The POE PSU has been incorrectly placed in a SYS PSU slot (C or D).
Action Perform the following:
• Remove the PSU and place it in the correct POE (A or B) slot.
