• Remove the System PSU and place it in the correct slot.
Alarms The following components are affected:

2.7.4 PSU High Temperature
Message PSU Failure Raised
Severity Major
Explanation This is caused when the temperature sensor on the PSU detects a
temperature above 50 degrees Celsius, and puts the PSU into a
Failed state.
Action Perform the following:
1. Input SHOW SYSTEM COOLING to see which components have had a temperature
change and the status of the FM4.
2. Check the affected component and replace if necessary.
3. If multiple components are showing a temperature change, check the FM4 and replace
if necessary.

2.7.5 PSU Input Voltage Fault
Message PSU Failure Raised
Severity Major
Explanation The POE PSU has been incorrectly placed in a SYS POE slot (C or D).
Action Perform the following:
1. Remove the PSU and place it in the correct POE (A or B) slot.
Note: It is also possible that the power is disconnected; in that case you will have both the Input Voltage
Fault and Output Voltage Fault alarms. Connect the power.
