Alarms The following components are affected:
Component Status Alarm
• CFC200 Degraded Critical
• CFC200 Failed Critical
Note: In a simplex system, the CFC200 will be in a DEGRADED state, but will not go
out of service, since traffic would be affected.
2.1.10 POE Power Requested Exceeds Card Power Limit
Message To Be Supplied
Severity Minor
Explanation The GE24POE card cannot support the POE current configuration. You
must reconfigure the POE port power limits or add (if relevant) a
PoE PSU. This card alarm informs whether or not more power could be
requested than is available, even if no port is actually down. It is
a warning that there is a risk for insufficient power alarms on the
ports.
Action Perform the following:
1. Reconfigure the POE port power limits or add (if relevant) a PoE PSU.
