Severity Minor
Explanation This indicates that the PSPAN has not been able to send any packets
into the network. This is a service impacting condition, and is
most likely due to internal hardware failures.
Action Perform the following:

Severity Minor
Explanation This indicates a local "Loss of Packet Stream" fault on the PSPAN.
This means that the PSPAN detected 10 or more missing packets per
second for 3 consecutive seconds. This fault will be cleared when
the PSPAN detects no missing packets for 10 consecutive seconds.
The presence of this fault indicates service is impacted.
Action Perform the following:

2.38.9 PSPAN Remote LOPS

Severity Minor
Explanation This indicates that the peer CES8 card is reporting Loss Of Packet
Stream (LOPS). This means that properly formatted packets generated
by this CES8 card are not reaching the peer CES8 card. This may be
a result of changed in network conditions or configuration.
Action Perform the following:
1. Verify that you can PING the peer CES8 card's IP address from the local CES8 card's
IP address.
2. If changes have been made to the PSPAN configuration, verify that the settings are
consistent on the local and the peer.
