2.18.1 Hardware Not Recognized
Message Cooling Unit Controller Failure Raised
Severity Critical
Explanation The system does not recognize the hardware type that is physically
present in the cooling unit controller slot.
Action Perform the following:
1. Reseat the card.
2. If the alarm persists, replace the card.

2.19.1 Fan Module Power Supply Failure
Message Fan Module Failure Raised
Severity Critical
Explanation The power supply for the fan module has failed.
Action Perform the following:
1. Remove the fan module and check for dust or dirt.
2. Clean the fan module, if required, and reinsert it into the system.
3. If the alarm returns, replace the card.
