Explanation An ADSL16C [STILL TRUE?] [TO BE SUPPLIED] card has been inserted

into the Telesyn MAP 7000 shelf, and in the shelf there is no CFC

with an Annex C component (mezzanine card) on either the active or

inactive side. As a result, the shelf cannot provide Annex C ser-

vice for the ADSL16C card.
