Explanation The PROTOCOL attribute on the POTS card (MGCP or SIP) doesn't match
the load running on the card (POTS24 or POTS24S).
Action Perform the following:
1. Change the prefload to match.
2. Or change the protocol attribute to match the load type.

2.14.35 Incompatible Load

Explanation The Incompatible Load alarm is raised when the SM is running a load
that the CFC does not support. For example, this alarm is raised if
the CFC is running 9.0.x and the SM is running 7.x.x, 9.1.x or
10.0.x. This alarm is a failing alarm for the SM; the card cannot be
put into service.
Action Perform the following:
