Explanation The system failed to access the compact flash media on the card.
The media is probably bad or missing.
Action Perform the following:

2.14.24 AC Power A Failed
Message Card Failure Raised
Severity Minor
Explanation A shelf power failure on AC power feed A has been detected by the
control module card in the specified slot. The problem could be due
to the external power feed to the shelf, a defective AC power mod-
ule, or the control module itself may be defective.
Action Perform the following:
1. In a duplex system, if alarm is on only one card, then replace the card.
2. Otherwise, verify power feed to shelf.
3. Replace AC power module.
4. Replace CFC card.
5. If the problem is still not resolved, contact Allied Telesis Technical Support.

control module card in the specified slot. The problem could be due
