Explanation During syncing of the inactive Control Module with the active Con-
trol Module, the system was unable to load files from the active
flash file system to the inactive flash file system. The problem
may be due to the number of files on the active Control Module
flash file system.
Action Perform the following:
1. Delete some of the files on the active Control Module flash file system.

2.14.20 DNS Server Timed Out

Explanation The IP protocol software on the card was not able to communicate
with the DNS server to resolve the domain name of the peer (or the
gateway) using the DNS protocol. This may indicate a problem with
the DNS server or the intervening network, or the DNS server
address may be invalid.
