2.14.4 Power A Failed
Message Card Failure Raised
Severity Minor
Explanation A shelf power failure on power feed A has been detected by the con-
trol module card in the specified slot. The problem could be due to
the external power feed to the shelf, a defective PEM, or the con-
trol module itself may be defective.
Action Perform the following:
1. In a duplex system, if alarm is on only one card, then replace the card.
2. Otherwise, verify power feed to shelf.
3. Replace PEM.
4. Replace CFC card.
5. If the problem is still not resolved, contact Allied Telesis Technical Support
