ADSL48 card is provisioned in 2 slots and physically occupies 2
slots. The ADSL24SA card is provisioned in 1 slot but physically
occupies 2 slots. With either card its possible to insert the card
where it mismatches the pre-provisioning. For example, Slot 1 pre-
provisioned with FE10, slot 2-3 pre-provisioned with ADSL48. Plug-
ging in the ADSL48 in slots 1-2 causes slot provisioning mismatch
alarm in slot 1.
