Message Atur (Far End) Loss of Framing TCA on port
Severity Minor
Explanation The ATU-R Loss of Framing (LOF) Threshold Crossing Alert (TCA) trap
provides an alert that a given ADSL interface has crossed its user
provisioned LOF threshold during a given 15-minute interval. Once
generated during a 15-minute interval, the alert is not generated
again until the threshold is verified again in the next 15-minute
interval. The alert indicates a given interface has experienced a
cumulative LOF condition in excess of what is desired in a 15-
minute interval. Typically, the alert is generated every fifteen
minutes until the problem is corrected or until a user changes the
threshold value.
