Running Diagnostics
The AT-S47 Management Software interface has an option for running
diagnostic self-tests on the AT-WD1008 multiplexer.
The diagnostic tests display the following items:
❑ Unit description
❑ MAC address
❑ AT-S47 Management Software version number
❑ Chassis revision number
❑ Running and current time
In addition, the diagnostic tests display the status of the following items:
❑ Flash PROM
❑ RAM
❑ Serial interface
❑ Standard power supply (RPS A)
❑ Optional power supply, if installed (RPS B)
❑ Fan status and speed
❑ Operating temperature of the management module (MGMT)
❑ Operating temperature of the chassis
❑ System 3.3v power
❑ System 5v power
Note
Running the diagnostic tests will not disrupt the network operations
of the multiplexer.
