For the Mib Browser used as an applet, the relative URL has to be specified. On the other hand, for the Mib Browser used as
an application, you can specify the absolute or relative URL. For the Mib Browser applet, this may not work if you're trying
to read a MIB module on a host that is not the applet host because of browser security. In case of an applet, Remote Brows-
ing of MIB file is supported through SAServer.
11.3.2 Loading Options (Directly, as Compiled Files, Using MySQL)
The Mib Browser has the following options for loading the MIBs once you click Load Options, as shown in the following
figure.

• Loading MIBs directly.
• Loading MIBs as compiled files.
• Loading MIBs from database.
By default, the Load MIBs from Compiled File is selected. You can also load MIBs directly in plain text format, although
for large MIBs the loading time will be higher.
