7.14 iMG/RG Diagnostic Features
This section lists and describes the diagnostic features that are available for the various iMG/RG models.
7.14.1 iMG GR909 Diagnostics
In the MOD iMGs and the iMG726-BD-ON, the GR909 diagnostic feature was added in release 3.7.4. In NMS release 12.0,
the NMS supports this GR-909 diagnostic functionality. With the NMS, the user can view and modify voice enabled lines on
a CPE. The user can control voice line operation state and conduct internal and external voice diagnostics. Changes to the
GUI tab are:
• A VOIP Diagnostics tab has been added to the iMG/RG panel.
• The VOIP Diagnostics panel displays GR909 internal and external tests as well as voice line status and diagnostic results.
• Voice lines can be disabled and enabled.
The VOIP Diagnostics panel is added to the Triple Play View/Modify suite of tabbed panels. VOIP Diagnostics belongs to
the iMG/RG Diagnostics sub-tab and is only displayed for iMG6x6MOD and iMG7x6MOD CPE. Refer to the following
figure.
Note: This tab is not available for any other type of CPE
