6.11.3 QoS Priority Action
To create a set of priority actions (which can be associated with a QoS Flow), one or more priority action parameters are
defined and given a name.
Note: These parameters can be applied to one or more device classes, as long as they all support the same
parameter. If they do not, an error message appears.
