Note: If for any devices the data cannot be collected, the row is dark; the Tooltip for that row will include the
reason, such as “Unable to Connect.”
5.3.2.2 Performing Backups
At this point the user can perform the following:
• Select multiple devices and perform a backup only.
• Select one device and perform a backup or restore.
Figure 5-13 shows the initial backup window, while Table 5-4 describes the fields.
