The AT-1700 Network Card
The ATI AT-1700 16-bit Ethernet Adapter Card provides a PC
access to an Ethernet Local Area Network (LAN) for
communicating and sharing computer resources. The AT-1700
offers full compliance with IEEE 802.3 specifications. The card
comes with ATI CardAssistant configuration and diagnostic
software. The CardAssistant diskette also includes the adapter
card drivers you need for networks running Novell
®
NetWare
®
or Microsoft
®
LAN Manager
™
or Windows for Workgroups
™
network software. These drivers include:

ODI drivers for use with a workstation on a
Novell NetWare network
❑
NDIS drivers for Microsoft LAN Manager,
Windows or TCP/IP
❑ A packet driver for TCP/IP
❑ IPX, ODI and NDIS drivers for servers.

Up to four AT-1700 adapter cards can be installed in a single
server.
