The VOIP Diagnostics panel is added to the Triple Play View/Modify suite of tabbed panels. VOIP Diagnostics belongs to the
iMG/RG Diagnostics sub-tab and is only displayed for iMG6x6MOD and iMG7x6MOD CPE. Refer to the following figure.

Initially the table displays each enabled voice port on the iMG and its current status. The current status consists of:
• Port
• Name
• Operational Status (Activated/Deactivated)
• Port State
These are polled from the device and updated approximately every 30 seconds while the tab is displayed.
Each line has an internal and external test results field. When a row is selected, the last diagnostic results are displayed in the
details panels. The Test check box selects lines that the buttons will perform actions against. All lines may be checked at
once, using the “All” check box, and an operation such as Disable will attempt to disable all lines.
Note: Note: Testing all interfaces at once will increase the duration of the test and will interrupt CPE voice service.
