5.1 File
The File menu lets you connect to and disconnect from a target host, check the properties
of the target host, or exit VLAN Manager.

5.1.1 Open
This option allows you to specify a target host to connect to. When you select File > Open,
the following dialog box appears. To connect to the device, fill in parameters in the dialog
box, and click OK.
Note - This option is not available if VLAN Manager is already connected to a target host.

IP Address
This is the Host Name or IP Address of the target host.
