1.10.2 Power Connection using a single feed
The shelf can operate on only one power feed (A or B).
1. Remove the plastic covers for the power and groundin g term inals.
2. Using jumper cables, connect the -60V or -48 V terminals and the RETA terminals
3. Connect the A or B -60V and RETA terminals to the power source. Use a closed loop termination for secur-
ing to the #10 screws of the terminal block on the 9700. An Amp PN 35149 may be used for this. An Amp PN
696202-1 crimping tool will work fo r securing the recommended termination part. Refer to Figure 1-18.
