It is the equipment operator’s responsibility to know and follow all OSHA, employer,
utility, and equipment manufacturers’ instructions, rules, and regulations.
1.3 SAFETY WARNINGS
Overhead power lines are a constant danger to anyone working with or near
equipment that can come into contact with these high voltage lines. No warning
system should be used in place of standard safety rules and precautions. No
warning device can absolutely prevent an accident. When properly installed and
operated, Sigalarm products will provide reliable and repeatable WARNINGS of the
presence of voltage.
