17. WASHER WILL NOT START – “DOOR” on display
(Door must be closed and attempting to lock)
Washer will not start.
Vend satisfied.
Is there 120 VAC
across "H4-5" and
"H6-5" on the electronic
control?

Yes
Replace the
electronic control.
No
Is there 120 VAC
from the blu/blk wire
on door lock assembly
to ground?
Replace the door
lock assembly.
Yes
No
Is there 120 VAC
from the blk wire on
the secondary door
switch to ground?
(3)
Replace the
secondary door
switch.
Correct wiring to
the secondary
door switch.
Yes
No
