Read Burst Operation
DDR4 Read command supports bursts of BL8 (fixed), BC4 (fixed), and BL8/BC4 on-the-fly (OTF); OTF uses
address A12 to control OTF during the Read or Write (auto-precharge can be enabled or disabled).
A12 = 0, BC4 (BC4 = burst chop)
A12 = 1, BL8
Read commands can issue precharge automatically with a read with auto-precharge command (RDA); and is
enabled by A10 high.
Read command with A10 = 0 (RD) performs standard Read, bank remains active after read burst.
Read command with A10 = 1 (RDA) performs Read with auto-precharge, back goes in to precharge after
read burst.
