the pulley?
Replace belt(s).
Is the motor
turning?
Yes
Ensure pulleys are properly attached to shafts.
Are the
contactors
operating?
No
Is there voltage
present at
contactor coil?
Yes
Repair/replace contactor as
necessary.
No
1. Check J16 connection.
2. Refer to “No Outputs” flowchart.

Is there proper
voltage at L1, L2
and L3 at the line
side of the
contactor?
No
Check wiring feeding contactor.
Is there voltage present on
load side of contactor
when contactor is pulled
in?
No
Repair/replace contactor as necessary.
Yes
Is there voltage
getting to the motor?
Yes
Check motor winding resistance.
Replace motor as necessary.
Yes
